我是以B1B2的簽證2010.9.10來美國的，於2010.12.26和我先生結婚的，現在在準備我的綠卡申請材料，在填I-485的第三部分B表格的時候，上麵需要回答孩子是否和我一起申請，我不知道該怎麽填，孩子現在在中國，我可不可以連孩子的移民申請材料一起交上去還是等我的綠卡拿到以後再辦孩子的手續呢。
-Only you can file I-485 at this point. If your child was less than 18 years when you married your current hu*****and (US citizen), your hu*****and can sponsor your child's green card applciation by filing another separate I-130 for your child and then, your child can apply for the immigration visa in China if he/she is in China after the I-130 is approved or file I-485 if he/she is in US.
