E-file I-131的問題

請問，我在e-file I-131 時候，在最後一項 certify form, 要我填寫律師信息，以及firm name， fax #等等。但這些都是我自己弄得（沒有律師）。可如果不添的話，係統就告訴有錯誤。

請問有知道如何處理的嗎？
