So you mean if Wang Wu applies RP on 1/1/2011 and it is approved on 3/1/2011, and he does not leave US until 4/1/2013, in this case he may be admitted on his first return on 3/31/2015?  How about he does not leave in 10 years?

-What I means is that If she leaves US before the RP is approval, she needs to come back to US before her stay in China reaches two years continuously even if the RP  does not expire. If she leaves US after the RP is approved, of course she has to come back before the RP expires. Obviously, she wants to leave US before the RP is approved.
