this hospital is NOT affiliated with a University or research facility. It is an independent, NON-profit hospital serving local community. If that so, it is still eligible for NON-CAPPED H1B petition? THANKS.
-It is possible to be qualified for the non-cap H1, but the employer has to justify it that the hispital is non-profit and is qualified for the non-cap h1 sponsor. The employer needs to substantiate it with tax documents among other things. Otherwise, USCIS can deny your H1 application if it deems a the hospital, and/or rarely, a position, is NOT non-profit. So, you/the employer had better find a lawyer to help you.
