-As a co-sponsor, you wife has filed I-864, not I-864A. I-864A is for the family memeber living together with the primary sponsor such as spouse.
我老婆經過和我商量和自己思考後決定withdraw from the sponsorship,如果是這樣的話，因為被擔保人還在等排期（已經等了將近10年），如果USCIS要求補充材料（2010年我和老婆的tax return）而我們不願意提供，那麽被擔保人的綠卡是一定不會批準嗎？
-Your wife need to inform USCIS and the National Visa Center by writing (encolse a copy of the I-130 approval notice) to withdraw the I-864 if she does not want to be the co-sponsor anymore. Also your wife had better discuss it with her mother to find another co-sponsor.
是會處於pending的狀態還是馬上就會被reject並且需要今後重新申請和排期？
-Not need 排期, the approved I-130 is always valid and the beneficial can reapply for the immigration visa when the sponsor has enough financial support.
另外，我們如果找到一個人想替代我老婆的位置，作為我老婆母親的co-sponsor一起擔保，此人需滿足什麽條件?
-Must be green card holder or US citizen.
