I haven't received the letter yet. Just got the notice through email...what could it possibly be? If they found out I don't have a job now, would they deny my GC even my PD is not current yet? If I got an offer, would it help? Thanksssssssss.

-AP RFE has nothing to do with your unemployment. USCIS may require some more document/evidence you did not provide when you sent your applic ation. So, just wait for the RFE, and nothing worried about.
