再次請教有關AP申請

1.  E-filing: I'm confused after reading the instructions for e-filing.

I turned in my I485 in July 2007 before USCIS increased its fee, so I need to pay $360 for applying an AP. Am I qualified for e-fieing?

2. Usually how long does the AP application take?
