我前夫為了給他女朋友綠卡，和我離婚，2007 年7月485 pending ，去年我們離婚，他的pd 2006/11,我公司給我在辦綠卡，要file I140,律師讓我寫信給USCIS to withdraw the 485.
請懂行的朋友看看我寫不寫這信有何區別？反正family based的綠卡肯定沒戲，拿到也會是invalid。 我如果寫這取消的信，是file 140 前寫還是140approved再寫?謝謝！
