-Normally投資移民 need to invest at least one million US dollars, and some case needs at least 0.5 million US dollars (invest in the remote area such as middle west states). 投資移民 is very serious because this is related to your large amount of money. So your friend should be very careful and had better find a immigration lawyer to deal with this kind of case.
