申請綠卡期間可以回國嗎？

我家LD是H1簽證，我是J1簽證，以LD為申請人申請的NIW,I140已批準，485還沒提交，排期還早著呢。

很想回國去看看，請問在申請綠卡期間我可以回國嗎？我家LD也可以回國嗎？
