要給父母申請綠卡，可他們沒有免疫證明，去移民局製定的醫生那裏能開出這個證明嗎？

-Are your parents in US now? If yes, they need to do the physical exam by 移民局製定的醫生, and the 移民局製定的醫生 will do the 免疫 for them or the Dr. will ask them to find another Dr. to do the 免疫 for them.
