J2如果現在轉j1,日後豁免要如何辦呢？是不是先得現在的j1（配偶）豁免才能辦理自己的豁免？


-Your spouse needs to get J1 waiver so that your J2 can get waiver also. You also need to waiver your J1 separately (either do it before or after your spouse J1 waiver).
