回複：急問，什麽是certified evidence of legal name for XXX?

正在幫我母親申請綠卡，已經收到指紋的約，前兩天收到I-765的黃色單子說要我們提供certified evidence of legal name for XXX? 我們有點茫然，當時也給了護照的複印件，不知道這是什麽意思？多謝拉 

-USCIS may think your mother's name had been changed before. Just respond to the RFE that your mother's name has never changed and  XXX is her name and then, provide the copies of her birth certifcate and her passport again with the response letter. Enclose a copy of USCIS RFE letter with the response also.
