請問各位老師，這僅是一個收據嗎？

10年11月29號我給我媽在網上申請延期，30號就把所需的資料寄給vermont service center了。今天收到如下所附信文，請問這僅是個收條嗎？我們需要打電話或去Infopass詢問status嗎？謝謝!
