請教皮匠和各位大師為父母探親簽證延期幾個問題
我父母的簽證一年多次往返，２０１１年４月２８日到期。我媽媽２０１０年六月來的， I９４表格２０１０年１１月３０日到期， 我在１１月給她辦了簽證延期，可是直到現在還沒有批下來，請問這種情況下怎麽辦？ 我給她定了２０１１年４月２０日的回國機票， 如果她４月２５日再飛回來行不行？

-I am sure her B2 extension application will have the result before April 20.

 還用不用再簽證？

-If she leaves US during the B2 extension is pending or after the H4 application is approved, she can enter US again using the previous valid visa (not need a new one). But if she leaves US after the B2 extension is denied, she has to get a new B2 visa to re-enter US because the previous B2 visa will be invalid automatically after the B2 extension is denied.

因為我三月要生寶寶，希望我媽媽能在這裏照顧我。現在簽證延期沒有結果讓我很頭疼。

-If your mother enters US again, don't tell the immigration officer or visa officer that she will come to US to take are of you or your new born baby.
