2006年，我是H4，- I-94 validity period of H-4?

11/18/2006--11/17/2009 (H4)

隨我太太(EB2主申請人)一起遞上了I-140 和I485， 我隨後用EAD (有效期一年)開始工作(1/3/2007)， 2007的五月十號， I-140被拒(I485隨之被拒)， 我繼續用EAD工作一直到 我的H4=>H1 成功(11/27/2007)  - I-94 validity period of H-1b?

11/27/2007--10/16/2010 (H1)

- If your I-485 was reopened within 30 days of I-140's denial, and remained pending through 03/2008, you had no problem with your status whatever.

Otherwise, you may be considered both OOS and unauthorized employment between 5/10/07 and 11/27/07, if it were looked into, which disqualifies you from adjusting status within US, and subjects you for 3-yr bar. However, since you were well covered in status from  11/18/06 through 10/16/10 in terms of I-94s, and you were authorized in employment some time in 2006 (EAD) and 2007 (H-1B) which may well explain your 1040, it is unlikely that USCIS would look into your status violation and, if they do, they are extremely difficult to see you were involved in unauthorized employment only by all papers.   

我們在 I140被據後遞了reopen and reconsideration, - Receipt date of I-290B? Were all I-485s opened as well? 

--the exact day I need to do reserach(from lawyer office), but can be sure date within 30 days of denial.

--I485s are opened as well (I remeber, I need to confirm again)
