在打完後2天我去看醫生了，醫生應該可以作證吧？當時醫生問我怎麽弄的，我說"someone hit me"她問誰，我開始不想說，但她一直問我就說了，但我要求她為我保密，因為那時候我不知道法律。然後她就告訴我說："it's not right thing for him to do this ...". 我第二天拍了帶有淤血的手的照片。

不知道這些是不是證據呢？
