有沒有兄弟姐妹們了解德州中心I-140(NIW)的批準情況？

從網上看，才開始處理2003年8月份的cases，都過了快兩個月了，沒有向前移動的跡象。

我是今年8月份遞交的，不知道明年的這個時候能否批下來？

另外，德州中心I-485的處理一般需要多長時間？

有的CASE很快，有的則很慢。不知道移民官根據什麽尺度衡量。
