另外,如果公司以次為理由將我雷到,那麽遞交h4的時間是以被雷時間為主還是以現在h1b要求補交材料的截止時間為主.再次感謝!!!

-Don't think you need to woory the H4. if the H1 is denied and your current H1 I-94 expires, you just go to China to get the h4 visa to come back.
