回複：再請教863211:H1B身份在美，用過AP，是否影響短期去加拿大後重返美國？感謝！

根據昨天的問題及你的回答，本來已經搞定。但是人事處說因為我用過AP（目前已經過期）,因此簽證上的I-94是關於AP的記錄，並沒有顯示H1B簽證，而且AP也過期，他們也不確定這種複雜情況下返回美國的條件。因此我想再請教一下，是不是仍然用I-797及學校的雇用證明或者工資單返回美國？

-Your HR is right. Your status is not H1 after you used AP though you still have the benefits of H1 such as working without EAD. So, you can not use the H1 approval notice and the parolee I-94 (you do not have H1 I-94 after using AP) to come back (you can not use "visa automatic revalidation" rule). So, you hav eto get the h1 visa from the US Embassy/Consulate in Canada to come back.
