a small quesiton regarding to I485

 

 

我的現雇主心地不是很好，老想通過辦綠卡來奴役雇員。

我如果PERM and I-140 都通過了的話，大約還要等好幾年的排期，

 

我特別擔心在I-485的時候他能卡(/刁難)我..

我的問題就是：

 

 

在遞I485的時候，可不可以偷偷的遞(自己找律師)？還有什麽讓雇主必須簽字事情嗎？
