I thought one can only file I-140 and I-485 to CSC around SF area. Is SF CENTER means the local office? I heard that local offices are not taking care of EAD and AP now and only major offices such as CSC, VSC, NSC, TSC can deal with these kind of cases. Please share with me more about your friend's information. Thanks a lot.
