I filed 140 almost 6 months ago, and its online status is still initial reivew. So, I would like to do a Serevice Request,but have the following questions:
1. Phone number and/or Email address for USCIS? Which way is better?
2. What to say or write? ---Just provide USCIS with my case number and RD?
3. if it is worth to do PP now?
I would greatly appreciate it if anybody could supply with some information.
