1) 共同帳戶,共同房產，共同租房合約 is one of the documents to demonstrate you 2 in a relationship of marriage, but not the only document.  When you 2 don't live together, find other documents

2) 外籍配偶在美國境外 does not matter, as long as you 2 live together.
