因為上個學期的學費還沒交，學校不讓注冊了，我不想接著念了，想從F1轉成H4算了，欠的學費也不想再交了，不知道行不行，對申請移民有沒有什麽影響？謝謝了

-It sould be fine because you enrolled full-time courses last semester. 欠學費 has nothing to do with your F1 status (it is between you and your school, not USCIS' business).
