我已經續過兩次AP，3次入境了，這次是在1月4日AP過期之前4天入美國境的，主要就是再續AP.但計劃這個月底回國。如果AP批下來之前就離開美國，這個AP申請就算作廢了。我想下周去local office試試。如果離境時還是拿不到AP，我應該怎麽做呢？pjiang能指教一下嗎？

-If you can not get the AP approved before you leave, your I-485 probably will be invalid based on the immigration law. I don't see you have onther choices unless your current status is H1/L1 and hten, you can get the H1/H4 or L1/L2 visa to come back.
