目前是H1B，485 pending，EAD有，但一直沒使用。

現在因為promotion，公司要重新辦H1B，

-Your employer just need to file an H1 amendment now and then, you can work for the new position (not need to wait for the h1 amendment approval to work).

告訴我要1年左右才能最終移民局批下來。

我可以先使用EAD嗎？這樣工資就先漲了，然後等H1B下來了再用H1B。還是我一用EAD，H1B的申請就自動作廢了？

還惦記著H1B，就是因為怕到時 EAD renewal出亂子，續不上就完了。
