急問H1->H4填539表格問題

第3項

a. Are you, or any other person included on the application, an applicant for an immigrant visa?

b. Has an immigrant petition ever been filed for you or for any other person included in this application?

c. Has Form I485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust status, ever been filed by you or by any other person included in this application?

我先生要轉H4,他沒有申請過綠卡。我本人正在申請綠卡，140已批。485還沒有等到排期。上麵的3個問題答案應該是什麽。

g. Have you, or any person included in this application, been employed in the united states since last admitted or granted an extension or change of status?

是不是隻要寫最後的一份工作就可以？
