I will send 765 form together with my 485 form. In the I-765 introduction, I need to provide 1) two photos 2) copy of visa et al. I have included two photos and visa copy for 485. Do I need to submit additional copy and photos for 765?
Another question is filing address: In my 140 approval (EB1B), it mentioned that I should send 485, fee and copy of the notice to this service center. In the last box of the approval, it gave an address: Texas Service Center, PO box 851488 - Dept A, Mesquite, TX 75185. Meanwhile, I checked I-485 introductoin, it is not that clear where I should file. It seems I need to send it to Dallas lock box, which is USCIS, 2501 S. state Hwy. 121 Business Suite 400, Lewisville, TX 75067. I am really getting confused about filing address? Would you please to give any suggestion?
