H1B簽證問題請教。多謝各位。

Sorry cannot type Chinese!

My H1B will expire on Mar 19 this year. I need to go back to China next month. Visa interview date is Mar. 3, will come backt to U.S on Mar. 8. My company attorney said it is better we file my h1b renew after I come back from China. But I think we should file NOW.

Will I have problem getting visa?

Will I have problem when entering U.S since by then my h-1b is only valid for 11 days?

If we file my h1b renew now, can we just file regular (attorney said now it takes 4 months to process h1b petition) or do I need to pay additional $1000 for the premium service?
