好像現在辦的話，131 和 765 是可以隨130 和 485 一起交上去而且不用另交費用， 是這樣嗎？

-No fee for AP and EAD no matter whether the EAD/AP application is filed with the I-485 filing or filed later separately.

如果父母現在的B2已經過一點期了，也沒關係吧？
