請問H1轉H4需要多長的時間？

-Normally 3-4 minths

需要什麽材料?

-Copiest of passport, marriage certificate, birth certificate, H1 approval notice and H1 recent 3 month payckeck stubs, Form I-539.

應該不太複雜，不許要雇律師吧？

如果遞上去在H1到期前還沒得到批準通知，是不是還可以呆在美國

-Yes, but the H1 has to extend the H1 and the H4 has to extend the H4 again with the h1 extension.
