請問--Place of Last Entry into the U.S ？

我最上一次是flew and entered US from Los Angeles Airport (LAX), got I-94 stamped"Admitted LAX". A few months later, I got a new I-94 at a Custom and Border Protection office in Oklahoma city (OKC) due to a correction on the stay expiration date. And my current I-94 has the same I-94 number but stamp showing "Admitted OKC".

So, when I fill out I-485 and 765,etc, my place of last entry into the US should be LAX or OKC?
