回複：申請H1B 同等學曆認證,真是愁啊,請8老師和pjiang 老師

在網上問一個同等學曆認證的公司, 老外說,拿學位的那份資質(certified )翻譯件過來,就可以做認證了,H1B 申請,隻要學位認證就可以了.

-I agree with this 老外說. An H1 employee has to have a U.S. Bachelors Degree (or above) or foreign equivalent (if degree is foreign) analysis by independent credentials evaluations service attesting that foreign degree is equivalent to U.S. Bachelors Degree (or above).
