急問：typo I-693 medical report

體檢的醫生在填表時，抄錯了我 TD 疫苗的 received date. 我應該回去讓醫生correct the typo 嗎？ 還是沒關係？
另外，In part 1, 醫生預先填了我的signature date as my first examination date, rather than the final follow-up examination date. 這有問題嗎？
