如何知道我的H1B 是CAP還是NON-CAP?

我想換工作,麵試的公司問我的H1B 是那種類型,我如何知道是那種? 不去問公司的律師?

現在還不想讓公司知道要離開.

CAP 和 NONCAP 都可以transfer H1 B 嗎?
