近才發現，急死了。

08年入境的時候，海關是根據護照的過期時間，填了I-94的過期時間，比I-797上的過期時間提前了一年多。但是一直沒有注意。雖然護照早就RENEW過了。

最近剛發現還有這個問題，但是已經超過I-94 expire date 180 多天了。在網上看了一下好像後果還挺嚴重的。去了local CBP 人家說他們沒有權利給延期，怎麽辦呀？？

？？是不是隻能回國了，但是申請VISA的時候會不會有問題啊？

-If you leave US without fixing the I-94, you will be banned to enter US for three years. So, try to fix it within US. If no choice, you have to leave US before your unlawful presence reaches one year which will result in your 10 year bar.
