回複：婚姻綠卡與改名請教

本人於1997年7月移民局大放水時提交了I-485, 屬於 EB-2，現持勞工卡。去年12月剛剛結婚，先生是美國公民。

現有兩個問題想請教：

1.我已經申請了EB-2，現在是否能再申請婚姻綠卡？

-Yes.

I-485是否需重新提交？

-You may hav eto file a new I-485. But you try to see whether you can relink the I-485 to the I-130. If no, you then file a new I-485.

2.麵臨改名，是申請綠卡前改好呢，還是申請完了再改？

-Up to you.
