Renew H1B是否需要符合什麽條件才可以使用Premium Processing Service?

我的第一個三年H1B今年9月底到期,我計劃三四月份開始renew. 聽說現在處理的時間長達五六個月,為了減少擔心的時間,想使用Premium Processing Service. 不知道是否需要符合什麽條件才可以使用Premium Processing Service嗎? 若是,需要符合什麽條件呢? 到uscis網站上查了下,還是沒有搞明白.
