請問大俠皮老師:H1B，full time,485 pending, 能同時做另一個公司的contractor嗎？


-Yes if you can get the part-time H1 from the contractor company or you use EAD to work (you will lose H1 status if you use EAD to work).


要是行的話，可以按月收費嗎？


-Yes.
