I am now a Ph.D. Candidate working full time, also writing my dissertation. If I ask my company to apply for Green Card for me now, can we apply for Eb1, or they will treat me as MS for Eb2?
-You are probably not qualifed for the EB1B because EB1B requires the applicant has to have at least 3 years of working experience at the major area. Also the EB1B sponsor (company) has to have a research team which has at least 3 researchers and has a significant research results.
