Thanks so much for your quick reply. Just want to double-check for question (2), did you mean that only include the CURRENT employment H1B approval, but NEITHER the previous employment H1B ( I changed job a year ago), nor CURRENT I-140 I-797C approval notice??

-Provide all the documents proving your legal status since your last entry to US such as copy of your passport including visa page in your passport, I-94s, H1 approval notices (prvious and current).
