I130 結婚地點填寫疑問

I130表中，B - Information about you， 8： Date and Place of Present Marriage.  There are two different places on my Certificate of Marriage: County of License and County of Ceremony. 

Which place should I enter in I-130?  County of License or County of Ceremony?
