我和女兒在美國。 我持TN簽證。我丈夫還在加拿大。當初為把女兒帶到美國，出境時就和女兒一起申請了TD。前幾個月我丈夫來探親時入境都沒問題，可這次來美國，美國邊境說我先生的TD過期了。我很不明白，如果我還持有TN，為什麽他的TD會過期？

-If his TD expiration date was earlier than your TN, it is pos*****le his TD  might be 過期.

現在很麻煩，我很怕下個月我先生來美國在邊境會有問題。請問大師們，怎麽辦？

-No problem as long as his TD expiration was less than 6 months before he left. He just needs to bring your TN approval notice and your recent 3 month paycheck stubs and his passport to enter US and get a new TD I-94 at the port of entry.
