申請EB-1A 時， I-140 和I-485 可以同時提交，但是，如果申請被拒，怎樣處理I-485，

-If the I-140 is denied, the I-485 will be denied also.

移民局會退還I-485 的費用及申請？

-No. So, you had better file the I-140 first and if the I-140 is approved, then you can file I-485 later. Otherwise, you do not need to file I-485 and thus, save some money.
