應該沒問題，但是公司需要給你準備一封信證明在中國的工作是短期的，需明確注明assignment結束日期。
我09年初到10年初在國內工作近一年，律師告知如果是短期的assignment，且回美國後將從事原來的職位就沒有影響。下麵是律師的回複。
"you should not have any problems taking a [x]-month secondment in China. As an H-1B nonimmigrant you can travel outside the US while your I-485 application is pending. We do recommend that you have with you when traveling a letter from [employer's name] stating that you are taking a secondment for [x] months and that when the secondment is completed you will return to the US to continue your employment with [employer] as a [job title]."
