Thanks Husk.  The picture you painted seems pretty grimm.  I am gonna go talk to an immigration lawyer tomorrow and see what she says.  I just can't believe a stupid mistake that I made 15 years ago will destroy my whole case.  I was convicted by a Municiple court not city or state court.  And the biggest penality stated by law was a $100 fine.  I paid the fine and there was no other consequences until now.  I don't know if the fact I wasn't smoking the weed or the fact that it didn't belong to me but the other guy in the car would help me.  I had the police report to show all these facts.  Thanks again for your input.
