由於經費原因之前批準的H1b，現要改成part-time工作（非盈利部門），除了時間縮短以外（每小時工資按原full-time計算），其它什麽都不變，請問

1. 是否按申請H1b的步驟重新再申請還是有其它的辦法？

-Your employer just needs to file an H1 amendmant. The procedure is similar to file a new H1, but does not need to pay the training fee and anti-fraud fee and just pay the I-129 filing fee. Your employer/lawyer should know how to do it.

移民局會因為part-time而拒簽嗎，很擔心。

-No problem at all.

2. H4還需要重新申請嗎？（與之前批準的時間不變）

-Not need to do anything unless the H4 will expire soon.
