It's really a good news. Can you post more details about your case? For example,
(1) are you in the university or in Company?
(2) Who submitted the petition for you?
(3) How many publications do you have?
(4) How many years of research experience do you have?
(5) most important, how many recommendation letters do you have? Are these letters from differnt countries? and from person who dest not know you?

What do you think is the key to your approval?

Thanks for sharing with us. My university submitted EB1b petition for me on Nov 7, 2003 to CSC. I have not got any news. I am crossing my fingers.
