我是公司幫申請的EB2，現在I140批準，在等排期。 我的H1B已經延過一次，今年6月就滿6年了。律師說可以用批準的I140再延3年。我的問題是如果讓律師1月份辦延期（他說可以提前6個月辦），是延到2014年1月呢，還是6月？ 謝謝。

-6/2014. The lawyer/employer will indicate the start date (6/2011) and the end date (6/2014) in the I-129.

還有一個後續問題。如果我辦完延期後換工作，H1B transfer到新公司，如果舊公司撤消I140申請，我的H1B會跟著被撤消嗎？

-No, but you can not use this I-140 to extend the h1 again after the new (trasnfer) h1 expires. Also you had better use premium processing for the h1 transfer to get it approved within 15 days in case your old employer (I-140 sponsor) withdraws the approved I-140 before your H1 transfer is approved.
